GENTLE FLOW YOGA

This class is perfect for all levels, anyone that wants to gently move the body and calm the mind. Each class will guide you through a combination of meditation, breathwork, movement and yogic philosphy, leaving you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga focuses on the deeper layers of the body, including fascia, joints, ligaments, and muscles. The practice is slow and calming, allowing time to soften, turn inward, and become more aware of both your breath and bodily sensations. Classes feature long-held, passive poses on the mat, combined with gentle breathing and mindful awareness.

Long term benefits include greater flexibility, healthier joints, increased bone strength, and improved focus and mental clarity.

Suitable for all levels.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, medium-to-high intensity practice best suited to those with some yoga experience through to experienced yogis. You’ll move fluidly through creative sequences of classic postures, synchronising breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and agility.

This energising flow challenges the body while encouraging focus and presence, offering space to deepen and progress your practice. Expect an uplifting class that raises the heart rate, invigorates the body, steadies the mind, and leaves you feeling balanced and renewed.

ECSTATIC BREATHWORK

What is Ecstatic Breathwork?
Ecstatic Breathwork is a dynamic, open-mouthed breathing technique that encourages deep, conscious, and connected breaths. Unlike typical breathing exercises, Ecstatic Breathwork is designed to activate the body and mind, helping to release tension, emotional blockages, and even
trauma. Through this process, the body releases dimethyltryptamine (DMT), a natural compound that occurs in the brain and is known for its powerful effects on perception and consciousness.

Why Try Ecstatic Breathwork?
Ecstatic Breathwork can be a life-changing experience for those who are open to it. The benefits are wide-ranging and can help with:

  •  Emotional Healing: Releasing stress, trauma, or repressed emotions.

  •  Enhanced Self-Awareness: Gaining insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

  • Spiritual Growth: Cultivating a deeper connection to yourself, others, and the universe.

  •  Physical Health: Improved circulation, stress reduction, and overall relaxation.

It’s an opportunity to reset, reconnect, and rediscover a sense of inner peace.
