Hi there, I’m Gabriella. I’m a registered Psychologist at Observe Psychology, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I know the decision to begin therapy can take a lot of courage, and my goal is to help you feel supported, safe, and truly seen from the very first step. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounding - offering both a place to gently unpack what’s weighing you down and the tools to begin creating change.
I work from a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based lens, integrating evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and ACT to support people through a wide range of
challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, addiction, life transitions, or grief and loss.
Outside of private practice, I also work at a private hospital, where I facilitate group
programs including Anxiety Management, Alcohol Relapse Prevention, and the full
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program.

 Breaking free from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and emotional burnout
 Healing from grief and loss
 Developing a more compassionate, resilient relationship with yourself

 Supporting recovery from addiction and emotional dysregulation
Fees Individual Therapy sessions (50 minutes): $250 ($153.35 after rebate) Please note I offer Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Care Plan and accept private paying clients.
