Frequently Asked Questions

  • No referral is needed. A GP referral may be required for EPC or Medicare-supported care plans.

  • Yes - depending on your fund and level of cover. We have a HICAPS machine so that if you are eligible for a rebate, you will only pay the gap.

    Please note that if you are on a Chronic Disease Management Plan, you cannot claim rivate health and a Medicare rebate in the same visit
