Bridgit Rouget
'Bridgit is a Bachelor-qualified naturopath from the Southern School of Natural Therapies (SSNT), passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and understand the messages they’re sending.
Having navigated her own health journey with digestive issues and PCOS, Bridgit knows firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when your body doesn’t seem to be working with you. These experiences inspired her to explore the deeper why behind symptoms and to support others in finding clarity, balance, and confidence in their health.
Bridgit’s approach is grounded in connection. She creates a warm, open, and supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Her special interests include hormonal support (including PCOS, PMS, and heavy periods) and skin health (such as acne, rosacea, and eczema).
Originally drawn to nutrition through her fascination with how food impacts the way we feel and function, Bridgit discovered naturopathy as a way to combine her love for nutrition, herbal medicine, iridology, and the natural healing powers of the body.
Alongside her naturopathic practice, Bridgit has a keen interest in astrology and reiki and the way it can offer deeper insight into our self. She enjoys weaving this understanding into her work helping clients connect not only with their physical health but with their inner rhythms and cycles too.
What began as a personal quest to support her own wellbeing has evolved into a heartfelt passion for guiding others to feel empowered, balanced, and deeply connected to themselves
