Pranayama is a practice that includes certain breath techniques and is a way of awakening systems of the body and mind. In Sanskrit ‘prana’ means life energy and ‘yama’ means control. With commitment practicing pranayama can enhance life force, reduce stress and anxiety, improve health and consciousness and support purification of the body’s systems. Paige is a qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from Southern School of Natural Therapies. She is a also a qualified Yoga Instructor, with additional training in the practice of Pranayama (Breath Work). She believes in a holistic approach to treat the whole person including emotional, mental, spiritual, physical and environmental factors. Promoting wellbeing through the whole person rather than just suppressing disease states.
