Alicia WidrajOsteopathBorn in Durban, South Africa, Alicia moved to Melbourne, Australia to pursue her studies in Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated from RMIT University, Bundoora with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Alicia enjoys treating a variety of acute and chronic injuries and ailments such as headaches, neck and back pain, rotator cuff injuries, work strain, sporting injuries and arthritis. Her osteopathic treatments involve a combination of both direct and indirect techniques, as well as taping muscles and joints for recovery and injury prevention. She believes that tailoring treatment and management plans to individual needs is imperative in achieving optimal results. Alicia is also currently undergoing further studies in treating obstetrical patients throughout the stages of pregnancy and hopes to advance her knowledge and skills in physical health care for women.
