Remedial Massage is the manipulation of superficial as well as deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using various techniques, massage can enhance whole body function, aid in the healing process of muscles and promote relaxation and wellbeing.
Therapeutic Massage works on releasing severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue. This massage will include some relaxation techniques as well as deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
These treatments are tailor made for you to nurture, restore and replenish.
