Wednesdays 9am - 2pm
Jenny has 24 years experience as a psychologist in private practice. She works with clients presenting with a variety of problems including but not limited to anxiety and panic, grief and loss, depression, low confidence and self esteem, emotional regulation and anger management. Jenny also works with individuals with relationship problems. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT (cognitive-behavior therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and mindfulness/meditation and will provide strategies whenever relevant.
