Paige is a qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from Southern School of Natural Therapies. She believes in a holistic approach to treat the whole person including emotional, mental, spiritual, physical and environmental factors. Promoting wellbeing through the whole person rather than just suppressing disease states.
Paige has expertise in all areas of health with a special interest in:
· Mental health: stress management, depression, anxiety
· Gastrointestinal/ gut health
· Skin conditions: eczema, dermatitis, acne
· Weight loss
Paige finds and treats the root cause with thorough case taking and appropriate diagnostic testing. She is dedicated to educate and empower others to reach their optimal health and reach their individual wellness goals.
As well as being a professional health practitioner, she is also a yoga, meditation and pranayama breath teacher. Paige teaches her clients how to weave mindfulness and breathwork into their own schedule.
Paige’s treatment protocols include amino acid compounding, nutritional advice and supplementation, herbal medicine and lifestyle recommendations.
