Deep Tissue Massage works on releasing severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue. This massage will include some relaxation techniques as well as deep tissue and trigger point therapy.

Yes. Our massages are done with oil which means you will be asked to undress down to your underwear (including removing bras for females). If this makes you uncomfortable, please contact us to discuss your options

Yes - but please be sure to let your therapist know that you are pregnant so modifications can be made. We also ofer specific pregnancy massages

Forms of relaxation massages can not be claimed on private health, but deep tissue can be claimed with some funds. BUPA and Medibank are not claimable, and occasionally some other funds may not be. If you would like to check - please contact (03) 5977 7342
We have a HICAPS machine so that if you are eligible for a rebate, you will only pay the gap.

This depends on what kind of treatment you have had. Some people will get some soreness in the day or two after a deep tissue massage, however if you feel you are level of discomfort is too much - please contact us to discuss

No - some health conditions are contraindicated with massage. Before your first visit you will be asked to fill in an intake form which asks you to list any prior or existing health conditions. Please fill this in accurately - and mention anything that is currently significant to your therapist at each appointment if anything to do with your health changes.
