For over 10 years, yoga has been more than something I teach — it’s something that gently brought me home to myself. Through yoga, I discovered a deep awareness of my breath, my body, and the beauty of being fully present in each moment. That feeling of coming home within was so powerful that I felt a heartfelt calling to share it with others.

In my traditional slow flow classes, we soften the pace to build strength, stability, and a mindful connection between movement and breath. In yin, we allow the body to rest and open, lengthening the fascia around the muscles and creating space for ease, release, and freedom of movement.

These practices are deeply grounding and nourishing for the nervous system, inviting you to slow down, settle, and reconnect with yourself. I often weave in sound bowls, somatic drumming, gentle breathwork, and meditation to create a calm, supportive space for body, mind, and spirit.

My intention is simple — to offer a space where you can arrive as you are, soften, and feel at home within yourself.
