​​Taking up a regular meditation practice can bring about a more relaxed and calm state of mind, improve your memory, increase creativity and productivity.  It has been shown to assist in physical and emotional healing when practiced consistently.  

Why attend Group Meditation?
1. For beginners, group meditation can be a great starting point – with opportunities to ask questions, find your feet and start you on your meditation journey
2. Opportunity to connect & learn from each other – meet like-minded others, learn from each other, and share your challenges and your achievements!
3. Enjoy the amplified benefits of group energy and intention – You might attend for different specific reasons, but your ultimate reason for being there is shared. And that shared intention creates positive, amplified energy that benefits us all
4. Coming along to a regular group can help you start to build some positive momentum to commence or continue your own individual practice​

PERSONALISED MEDITATIONS
Personal meditations are tailor made to your needs.
Beginners may wish to learn the basics to build confidence to join a group session, or go at their own pace. You may have a particular focus you wish to address (e.g., dedicated “me-time”, tips to help with sleep, ease
anxieties etc) or you want guided imagery that is customised specifically to resonate with you.
For whatever your reason, there are so many benefits to be gained from learning to meditate and especially from having a regular practise. It doesn’t have to be the formal cross-legged chanting “Om” image that the majority think it is. Learning the skills and then using them in your every day to help yourself is Jeannine’s goal.

After dealing with a serious illness 4 years ago, Jeannine realised that life is too short not to do what you love. So she returned to the healing and helping field - where she started her working life, and studied Bowen Therapy.  
She loves Bowen therapy because it's gentle yet very effective for a large range of issues, it values and respects 
the body's innate healing abilities and she believes it truly is a holistic form of bodywork - often having positive effects not just on the physical body! Jeannine is passionate about supporting and empowering people to take control of their own healing journey.
