Holistic Balance - 90 mins - $125 - a combination of massage, Reiki and foot or hand reflexology, incorporating cards, crystals, essential oils and flower essences. Reflexology can be used to help improve sleep, balance the nervous system, improve lymphatic function and circulation, detoxify the body and assist all the bodies system's in working optimally.  All while experiencing total relaxation. 

It is based on the principle that there are reflex points situated on the feet and hands that correlate to different areas of the body.  By massaging and triggering these points relief and healing can occur.
