Naturopathy and Nutrition Workshop Series

Naturopath and Nutritionist Rebecca Milham and Holistic Nutritionist Suzanne Sparrow are excited to bring you our workshop series!
Rebecca is not only a Naturopath/Nutritionist, but also a busy mum to three beautiful children, so she understands the pressures of modern life, and the juggling act that most of us face day to day.  She is passionate about healthy living, good food - and making a healthy lifestyle feel achievable for everyone.
A qualified Holistic Nutritionist, Suzanne is an advocate of the Hippocrates quote “let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food”. ​She provides practical holistic advice on dietary and lifestyle changes, and works in partnership with her patients along their journey towards good health.

Understanding the Thyroid 

Trouble losing weight? Low mood? Tired all the time? 
Perhaps your thyroid is in need of some help...  
This workshop will show you how the thyroid works, what happens when it's not working properly, what factors contribute to thyroid disease, testing options and how to improve your thyroid health.

The Effects of Hormonal Birth Control

​Ever wondered about the effects of hormonal birth control on your body?   From mental health to gut health and more, you'll be surprised at the effects it can have.  This workshop is essential for anyone who is on hormonal birth control, considering going on it, or coming off it, or has teenage daughters.

The Role of Nutrition in Preventing Disease
