What is Ecstatic Breathwork?
Ecstatic Breathwork is a dynamic, open-mouthed breathing technique that encourages deep, conscious, and connected breaths. Unlike typical breathing exercises, Ecstatic Breathwork is designed to activate the body and mind, helping to release tension, emotional blockages, and even
trauma. Through this process, the body releases dimethyltryptamine (DMT), a natural compound that occurs in the brain and is known for its powerful effects on perception and consciousness.

Fridays - 3:00pm - 5:30pm
Saturdays - 1:15 - 3pm


Paige is a qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from Southern School of Natural Therapies. She is a also a qualified Yoga Instructor, with additional training in the practice of Pranayama (Breath Work).  With over 6 years of experience teaching yoga and breathwork  you can trust that you will be guided safely through the experience.
She believes in a holistic approach to treat the whole person including emotional, mental, spiritual, physical and environmental factors. Promoting wellbeing through the whole person rather than just suppressing disease states.
