Sound Massage - $90 (45 minute massage with 15 minute preliminary conversation and 15 minutes resting/talking about the experience afterwards- 75 mins in total)- front and back of body.
Sound Massage is when singing bowls are placed on or around your body, fully clothed, and then tapped gently with a mallet. The soft and harmonious sounds are received by your ears and quickly lead to deep relaxation while the subtle vibrations are transmitted through your body and produce a “cellular massage”. A Sound Massage creates an atmosphere of safety and security in which it is possible to “let go” of stress, anxiety, worry, doubt and similar feelings that impact negatively on your health. In this soothing atmosphere, you can experience your body in comfort and come into contact with your “inner wisdom”. These are key issues for holistic health and for enjoying a creative and self-determined life.
